U Brown was born in 1956 in Kingston, Jamaica.
He made his singing debut as a deejay in sound systems. His stage name was Winston Edwards at the time. He changes it in homage to the first of them U Roy, the first letter of which he associates with his real family name. If the first sound he frequents is the Silver Bullet, he will very quickly make appearances in all the big sounds of Kingston whether it is forKing Tubby (the first to throw it after the departure of U-Roy sound), or the Socialist Roots sound or the Black Harmony sound. It was Bunny Lee who trusted him for the first time and who produced his first album in 1975 "Satta Dread".
Very quickly, he understood that he wanted to master his own career and in 1977 created his label: Hit Bound. He produced on it artists like Al Campbel or Carlton Livingtson, on the track "Please Mr deejay".
He also produced his next hits including his album "Weather Balloon", a big hit in the UK. Producers all over the island want to work with this giant (find yourself next to him, you will quickly understand). Among the most famous are: Ossie Hibbert, Bim Sherman, Leggo, Douglas Boothe, Winston Riley,Linval Thompson. It is also with the latter that he released “Train to Zion”...But it is truly with his title "Tu Shueng Peng" in 1983 that he won all the votes.
He is indeed the first to land on the riddim which will become the Intercom and the Revolution! ! ! The man now works with Blood & Fire and tours in Europe and France. It's Soul Stétéro who backU Brown and which allowed us to see him again under our skies.

Asha D grew up in a world steeped in music and it was in 1992 that he went on stage for the first time as a drummer. He is a founding member of the label ARTIKAL MUSIC and of a backing band among the most experienced: ARTIKAL BAND, with which he accompanied many Jamaican artists (Sister Carol, Natural Black, The Heptones, Ras Shiloh, Jah Mali, Rod Taylor, Queen Omega .....), and "hexagonal" (Tiwony, Straika D, Lyricson , Baby G, MC Janik, Netna, Vybrate, Makajah, Kousi ...) including YaniSs Odua
Asha D sings and writes from a young age ..... Her first appearance on a major project is the compilation "+ de coeur = soleil" initiated by Pierpoljak (Universal 1998). He then participated in projects like "Camarade" (Feuj) or "l’accent de la vérité" (Saber and Réalité anonyme) ... He also performed vocal vocals for several artists, notably Junior Delgado or Rod Taylor. Asha D recently released cuts like: Love non stop, My destiny, My savior, Gimme di Music (with Tiwony), Hallelujah..As a singer, he tackles all themes but remains mainly a "Conscious" artist.
Asha D is also the producer and director of the Artikal Music label for which he produced titles with Sizzla, Mikal Roze, The Congos, Yaniss Odua, Tiwony, as well as many other artists.
In 2018 He launched the site riddiminstrumental.com, site selling Reggae Dancehall instruments, which he adds a new Riddim to every week. He also composes for other labels and different artists.
Rod Taylor was born and raised in Jamaica, in the ghettos of Trenchtown, south of the Rema district, then in the district of Jungle which he left at the time of the political riots, at the fin the 70s.
“My passion for music dates back to when I was a kid.
I loved music and I loved singing on the instrumental versions. With my friends we sang on the B-side of the 45 T of the Juke Box As soon as we had 5 pence we put them in the Juke box and we were toasting on the Dub version. That's how I became a singer. I started with Sound Systems such as President T he Resident, T ipatone & Kenyatta "
In 1975 Rod took part in a "springboard" of young musicians organized at the "Bohemia Club", directed by Mr. Hamilton, and where the group Mighty Titans usually performed, with Bertram Ranchie Mclean. Rod performs a song by Phil Phillips "Sea of Love", a song made popular in Jamaica by the Heptones Version, and wins the contest.
From there he meets a lot of people influents in the musical world, then worked with some of them, such as Mickael Rose, Sugar Minott and especially producer Ossie Hibbert.
"He was there, he saw my show, he liked it, he came to talk to me and told me that it was great, that he liked what I was doing and that he wanted me to come and record some songs for him at Channel One " The first 45 T he recorded was "Bad Man" "Comes and Goes" with Sly & Robbie and Hibbert on the keyboard.
This track makes Rod one of the best discoveries of the moment. But what really kicks off his career is his duet with Dillinger "Nuh Chuck it", with Buster (Winston Riley's brother) performing.

It is during a tour with Artikal Band that this beautiful adventure begins between Rod Taylor and Asha D, followed by the release of a series of singles with
