Passion for Gospel
Passionate about music from a very young age, Ariane very early chose the path of gospel to share her faith with ease. Daughter of a pastor, she made her debut when she was only 7 years old in the KUMBAYA MASS CHOIR in Montpellier, where she would later become a soloist.
Strongly imbued with African-American musical culture, she successively became chorister of several formations, then soloist of the group Gospel Rythm, and essential member of the female quartet BLACKNESS.
It is with BLACKNESS that she acquires a solid experience of the scene, and nourishes her love for the fervor of Gospel songs. Ariane is not only a music lover, she is certainly a remarkable soloist!
Listen carefully, and let yourself be surprised by a rare vocal power, the extent of its range, and the prowess of the so-called "voice acrobat!" ".
But one cannot speak of this artist without speaking of the group SHINE GOSPEL which she directs with a master's hand and in a velvet voice; and KIMIA GOSPEL CHOIR, her father's church choir which she wears between Afro-gospel and traditional hymns, where she also demonstrates qualities in the transmission and learning of gospel songs, and in mastering polyphony.
Sensitive to the unique message transmitted by this music, she remains attached to the spiritual dimension of Gospel which she transmits with a naturalness which characterizes her well.
Talented lyricist, Ariane did not stop there! She was revealed through the writing of songs in French, in English, or in Lingala, dialect of the Democratic Republic of Congo where she is from. She also had to co-write scripts for musicals in which she performed. by N

Artikal band is a reggae backing band. Formed in 1995 in Montpellier, France, Artikal band has already gone a little way. The group has forged its experience through unexpected artistic encounters, keeping over the years a single objective: aim always higher! One thing remains to be emphasized, the hallmark of the Artikal Band: Efficiency, simplicity, respect and sharing! And time has not altered these essential values, in life as on stage.
In 2016, the band composed of five musicians celebrates its 20th anniversary: Back on a course as atypical as remarkable, in the heart of the world of Reggae music! Fan of reggae and Sound Systems, the Artikal Band made its debut in front of the small screen, observer.
At the time, young musicians were watching the VHS tapes of Reggae Sunsplash with backing bands such as Sagittarius Band, which accompanied hours, the artists one after the other. It's the beginning of a great adventure.
The band then began to work with local artists, Kousi, Netna, or Vybrate to name a few.
Then the meetings were chained, the productions too, so well with the national artists (Tiwony, Straika D, Esy Kennenga ....) with the Jamaicans (Sister Carol, Jah Mali, Ras Shiloh, The Heptones ... the list is long!), bearers of all the Reggae tradition. Jah Sound, Jamaican Sunrise, Rototom, Summerjam, International Tours and Festivals with Reggae Artists known and recognized for their talent, the group is making a name in Reggae world.
Since 2010, Artikal Band accompanies the rising star of French Reggae, YaniSs Odua. Tours, DVD Live, with more than 50 dates per year including key dates at Zeniths Paris, St-Etienne, Rouen, Lille or Pau, the band criss-crosses France and Europe, by sharing with naturalness and authenticity, his passion for music.
